This policy explains what information Meals by Milla collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, email address, phone number, and what you ordered. Stripe collects these on its checkout page and shares them with us.
• If you create an account: your email address and password. Your password is stored securely and we can't see it.
• Technical information: our hosting provider keeps short-term logs (such as your IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and working.

We never receive or store your card number. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe.

How we use it

• To prepare your order and arrange pickup or delivery.
• To contact you about your order, for example to set a pickup time.
• To keep records of sales for our business and tax purposes.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use advertising trackers.

Cookies

We only use cookies needed to keep you logged in if you have an account. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run this website, and only so they can do their job:

• Stripe, for payments.
• Supabase, which stores accounts, menus and orders.
• Cloudflare, which hosts the website.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for our business and tax records. If you delete your account, we remove your account details but may keep records of past orders for those purposes.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. To do that, please reach Milla using the phone number or email she contacts you from after you order.

Children

This website isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
